What is the basic process for customizing a formal dress?
Our custom-made process is divided into five key stages:
1.Consultation and Conceptualization: Contact us via the website form or customer service channels, and specify your requirements (occasion, style, and budget).
2.Design and Quotation: Our designers will communicate with you in depth, provide design sketches, fabric and beading swatch references, and issue a detailed quotation.
3.Contract Signing and Body Measurement: After confirming the plan, pay the deposit, and we will provide professional measurement guidelines or arrange remote measurement guidance.
4.Production and Follow-up: Enter the handcrafting stage, and we will update you on the progress regularly (e.g., cutting completed, beading half-done).
5.Delivery and After-sales Service: Pay the balance upon completion of production, we will arrange international courier delivery, and offer lifetime maintenance consultation.
Can I have a completely customized design, or can I only make modifications based on existing styles?
We offer two options:
1.Full Customization: A one-of-a-kind design created from scratch, based on your inspiration. It is ideal for clients with clear creative ideas or specific requirements.
2.Semi-Customization: Modify details such as color, fabric, beading pattern, collar style, and sleeve length based on our existing styles. This is our most popular and cost-effective choice.
How long does it take to customize a formal dress?
The standard production cycle is 4–8 weeks. Complex designs or peak seasons may extend the lead time to 12 weeks. We offer a rush service (subject to an additional fee), which can shorten the production time to as fast as 3 weeks. The exact timeline is subject to order scheduling confirmation.
What are the payment methods and procedures?
We adopt a phased payment method:
- Deposit: Upon design confirmation, pay 50% of the total order amount to secure the production slot and purchase exclusive fabrics and accessories.
- Balance Payment: Once the formal dress is finished and you have confirmed the completion photos, pay the remaining 50%. We will arrange delivery immediately.
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, and bank wire transfer.
What should I do if the formal dress is damaged during transportation or when it is received?
Please make sure to inspect the outer packaging at the time of signing for delivery. If obvious damage is found, please take photos on the spot and ask the delivery courier to make a note of it.
Should you discover any damage to the product after opening the package, please contact our customer service within 24 hours and provide photo/video evidence. We will offer you an appropriate solution.
I run a bridal shop or a boutique store. How can I carry out wholesale cooperation?
We sincerely welcome wholesale partners. Please submit your company information, store link and procurement plan via the "Contract Us" page on our website. Our wholesale manager will contact you within 2 working days and provide you with a detailed wholesale price list, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and cooperation terms.
